Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM
South Seas charges a registration/parking fee of $100 at check in. Each additional car will also pay $100, one time for the full stay
$70+ tax covers up to $3000 of accidental damage protecting the property owner and the tenant
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests during your stay
There is a departure cleaning fee and fee if paying by card
No pets allowed, no smoking, no events allowed
Children are welcome
Government issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check in
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy
